John Kruger decided in 2003 that it was time to expect more out of an auto shop. After working for years in the auto repair industry, John had noticed a lack of honesty, trust, and professionalism that can exist among shops. His goal was to create a new standard for automotive service along the Wasatch Front. He wanted to create a culture that would inspire confidence, trust, and fairness.
